Please be advised to do our part in reducing the possible exposure of Covid-19, effective Monday November 30th, 2020 the Town Office will be closed to the public with a limited number of hours open to allow for cash or debit payments.



Monday to Thursday and Friday Afternoons: Closed to the public


Fridays: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.: Open to the public



If there is an urgent matter that you need to meet with the office staff on another day than Friday mornings you will require an appointment, please call the Town Office at 306-699-2279 or email: to arrange a date and time for an appointment.


Payments to the Town can be made through cheque, online and e-transfer. E-transfer can be sent to: If you require assistance with setting up your online payment, please call the office and we will be happy to assist you.


To send your payment or documents through mail please put your payment or documents in an envelope addressed to the Town and drop it in the Red Mail Box at the Post Office and the post office will put a stamp on it and send it to the Town office. This is only for payments or documents to the Town of Qu’Appelle.
